Instead of having the usual tip that follows the shape of the nail, why not try a diagonal tip, its really effective and probably one of the most simple designs you can do. You can either do it free hand or put tape across the nail as a guide; all these below are free hand.
The constrasting colours really draws attention to your nails, I especially liked the bright orange and blue combination; however it is not a design that many people would wear.
This is a more toned down diagonal design, but it is just as nice in my opinion =]
This is yet another loud nail design with the comination of the bright white and pink with the leopard print diagonal. Love it.
Note: No nail art tools were used, just a small cocktail stick.
